Legio Laniaskara

Something witty about finding a pattern in running melee Legios

So, I’ve been moderately terrible at updating the blog. The reasoning for this is that most potent of combinations: Work has been busy, I’ve had several appointments and committments to attend to, I’ve been playing Xbox and we have almost hit May – that most busy of months in which both LSW’s birthday falls AND so does the Wedding anniversary so… yeah, busy.

I am trying to get my head around what I’ve completed, hobby-wise, since the last post and… it seems like a LOT. The last post was closing out (for now) the Unbidden Pox project, since when I have done a minimum Corsair Laniaskara, several new Warhounds for Vulpa, an entire Malinax Knight Household and a Psi Titan. I’ve also done a fair bit of BloodBowl modelling and have even finished the first team – Lizardmen.

So, next steps for Laniaskara is to make up four Warhounds and two Direwolves for them and then I will have two Ferrox Maniples done and ready, just waiting for the day GeeDubs respond to confirm the wording change to their Legio Trait ‘Bullish’ was all a mistake and we can absolutely double-smash attack.

As Laniskara’s moniker is ‘Impalers’, the inner child that spends a decent chunk of time in the driving seat of my brain decided that this Legio would be providing the Slaanesh element to the Four Powers project because… ‘Impalers’… heheheh.
